The Baez House owners, suffered the loss of their home in the devastating 2003 fires here in San Diego County.
One of the very few fire victims that have had the foresight not to rebuild with the same "kindling" wood framing construction.
Baez House project was designed for and is built using the Tridipanel alternative building system.
This concrete house will not burn, get termites or dry rot, and will last for over 100 years.
It is more energy efficient through thermal mass and very high insulation value, and is more earthquake resistant.
It is a monolithic concrete structure, a permanent, safe and efficient home.
